With heavy hearts, we announce the death of Janis Parrilla Dorsey of Lansdowne, Pennsylvania, born in Elizabeth, New Jersey, who passed away on June 26, 2023. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by : her mother Sylvia Ramirez. She is survived by : her father Jose Parrilla of Berwick, PA.; her husband Thomas M. Dorsey of Lansdowne, PA; her children, Daniel Dorsey, Matthew Dorsey (Gabrielle) of Lansdowne, PA and Catherine Dorsey (Fawn) of Pittsburgh, PA; and her siblings, Jose Parrilla (Cecelia) of Lake Carmel, NY, Carlos Parrilla (Jill) of Martinsburg, PA, Leslie Parrilla of Berwick, PA and Alysha Parrilla of Philadelphia, PA. She is also survived by four Aunts, one nephew, six nieces and four step grandchildren.

In lieu of flowers, donations in Janis' name to St. Jude Children's Research Hospital http://www.stjude.org would be appreciated.
