He was predeceased by: his grandparents, John, Margaret Sullivan, William T. and Mary Jane O'Doherty. He is survived by: his parents, William T. O'Doherty and Margaret Mary O'Doherty; his children, Maggie, Aidan and Liam; and his sisters, Angela Milio and Katie DiPoalo (Kevin). He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many loving aunts, uncles, cousins, and lifelong friends.
In lieu of flowers, the family kindly requests that memorial donations be made in Billy's honor to the Providence Animal Shelter, reflecting his lifelong love of animals, or to the Delaware County Hero Scholarship Fund.
