With solemn reverence, we commemorate Eleanore C. Marcin of Lansford, Pennsylvania, whose life came to an end on September 21, 2025 at the age of 97, leaving behind cherished memories. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her husband Michael J. Marcin; her parents, Adam Matras and Catherine Matras (Pascoe); her sons, Michael R. Marcin and David P. Marcin; and her grandson Ron.
She is survived by: her son George Marcin (Susan) of Lehighton; and her grandchildren, Kerri Hopkins (Lee), Tara Shollenberger (Josh) and Christian Marcin (Breanna).
Visitation will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 from 10:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the St. Joseph Parish (462 W Ludlow St, Summit Hill, PA 18250). A funeral Mass will be held on Friday, October 3rd 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
Calling Hours are Friday from 10-11 a.m. at the Church with a Secular Franciscans Holy Cross Fraternity Service to be conducted at 10:45 a.m. Contributions, in Eleanore's memory, may be made to the Church.
