He was predeceased by : his mother Veronica Hackler (Schlier); and his sister Lisa Romanosky. He is survived by : his father Patrick Marshall of Kutztown; his wife Tara L. Marshall (Sperlbaum); his children, Jarred Marshall, Kyle Marshall, Brandon Marshall and Victoria Johnson; his brother Matthew Moyer of Allentown; his niece Rachel; and his nephews, Justin and Matthew.

In lieu of flowers, memorial contributions may be made to the Miller Funeral Home.

“From the moment I met Jesse he always should me kindness and friendship. Listens when I needed to rant, helped out when I needed a hang. I will always remember the great times we all had with him. The laughs, game nights, all that stupid stuff we did. I still can’t believe this happened. I wish I could send you off in person, but know I am over here. Love you Jesse boy!”
