He was predeceased by : his siblings, Ronald Kruzik and Mary Faenza; and his niece Antoinette Faenza. He is survived by : his wife Mary Kruzik (Heintzelman); his children, Grace (Steven Thompson) of Suffern, N. Y., Allison Bonner of Nottingham, MD and Stephen M. Kruzik of Quakertown; and his grandchildren, Stephen T., Penelope, William and Brooks.
