Janice Johnson Obituary

With solemn hearts, we announce the passing of Janice Johnson of Larksville, Pennsylvania, whose presence will be deeply missed, having departed on January 1, 2026 at the age of 76. Family and friends are welcome to leave their condolences on this memorial page and share them with the family.

She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert Jones and Fidelis Jones (Wright); her husband Emil "John" Johnson; her daughter Melinda; her siblings, Margaret Stuart and Robert "Butch" Jones; and her pets, Stashu, Lilly and Woobie.

She is survived by: her children, Benjamin Roper (Liza) of Kingston, Tracey Clark of Larksville and Michael Roper (Eva) of Shavertown; her grandchildren, Elizabeth Grzezdzinski, Julie Roper, Casey Clark, Michael Roper, Alex Roper and Molly Roper; her great grandchildren, Sophia and Chase Snyder; her sister Nancy Petrikonis; and her pet Bubba.

In lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the SPCA in Jan's memory.
