She was predeceased by: her parents, Lawrence J. Noel and Clare A. Noel (White); her husband Joseph R. Miller; her daughter Mary Jo Miller; her grandson David Toman; and her brother Damian Noel T. O. R..
She is survived by: her daughters, Beth Ann Shogan (James), Barbara Toman (Randy) and Rebecca Goltz (Curtis); her grandchildren, Courtney Wilfong (Josh), Mackenzie Sendro (Ryan), Jamie Jiricka (Joe) and Stacie Dattoli (Vince); her great grandchildren, Ryder Wilfong, Juliet Sendro, Jackson, Jensen Jiricka and Harlow; and her sisters, Rosemary Combs and Irene Stein. She is also survived by nieces and nephews.
