She was predeceased by: her husband John Prew, Sr.; and her son John Prew Jr.. She is survived by: her great grandchildren, Damion Bristol, Dalton Prew (Amanda), Thomas Prew, Troy Clark, Aubrey Clark, Madison Zepp and Victoria Zepp.

In lieu of flowers, the family asks that donations be made in her memory to St. John the Evangelist Church, 306 St. John's Dr., Latrobe, PA 15650.
