He was predeceased by: his parents, William R. West, Sr. and Athalene West (Hays). He is survived by: his wife Michele E. "Mickie" West (Menoher); his children, Amy E. West (Sean White) and Scott R. West (Angela); and his brother Raymond V. West (Deb Lenhart). He is also survived by nieces and nephews; and many friends.
