She was predeceased by: her parents, Richard S. Judd and Eleanor "Marie" Judd; her brothers, James and David Judd; and her son-in-law Garnet L. Stevens II.
She is survived by: her husband Bob Frank; her stepdaughters, Rebekah Alvino and Rev. Rachel Frank; her daughters, Tricia Ostendorf and Rebecca Foster; her children-in-law, Rev. Steven Ostendorf and Chris Foster; her grandchildren, William, Matthew Stevens, Addison and Luke Ostendorf-Snell; her siblings, Stephen Judd, Richelene Henderson and Kathryn Caruso; her sisters-in-law, Amy and Kim Judd; Rich Alvino and Tom Francis. She is also survived by many cousins, nieces, and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family requests that memorial donations be made to the PKD Foundation to fund research into polycystic kidney disease.
