She was predeceased by: her parents, Anthony Madey and Frances A. Madey (Koski); her husband Samuel Yasurek; her daughter Cecilia; and her siblings, Veronica Mihalik, Louise Kutzer, Elizabeth Miller and Thomas Madey.
She is survived by: her daughter Linda K. Yasurek of Latrobe; her granddaughters, Melissa Yazvec of Latrobe and Marianne Miller (Jason) of Latrobe; her great grandchildren, Mason, Maddie and Max; and her sister-in-law Susanne Madey. She is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
