He is survived by: his wife Barbara Muchnok (Kindl); his children, Mark C. Muchnok (Trisha) of Myrtle Beach, Kara Rager (Daniel) of Latrobe and Brad M. Muchnok (Heather) of Latrobe; his grandchildren, Nicole Nasuti of Vero Beach, FL, Joseph C. Caruso (Aura) of Melbourne, FL, Lindsay Heidt (Scott) of Brooklyn Park, MN, Jessica Muchnok of Myrtle Beach, Addison Marie Muchnok of Latrobe and Heather Brinker of Pittsburgh; his great grandchildren, Cove Yonkers, Niko Nasuti, Nash Nasuti, Landon Heidt, Bella Caruso and Emma Caruso; and his siblings, Helen Puzak of Uniontown, PA and Daniel Muchnok (Glady) of Gibsonia.
A rosary will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 at 3:30 PM at the Lopatich-Brinker Funeral Home (601 Weldon St, Latrobe, PA 15650). Viewing will be held on Tuesday, November 11th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Wednesday, November 12th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. Rose Church (4969 PA-982, Latrobe, PA 15650).
