He was predeceased by: his parents, Charles R. Duffey Sr. and Cecelia L. Duffey (Nolan); and his siblings, Barry Dwayne Duffey, Sally Jo Duffey, Larry Duffey (Nancy) and Thomas R. Duffey.
He is survived by: his wife Shirley E. Duffey (Metz); his daughter Tracey Duffey (Paul Swaney); and his grandson Kian.
