She was predeceased by: her father Lionel L. Frowen; and her brother Scott Mullen. She is survived by: her mother Kathy J. Frowen (Cramer) of Unity Township; her husband William D. Lewis; her daughter Kayla Hurley (Ryan) of Derry; her grandsons, Jayce and Carson Hurley; her siblings, April L. Parsley (Quincey) of Latrobe, Jennifer L. Carey (Nick) of Hudson, Wis., Lionel L. Frowen Jr. of Greensburg and James Mullen (Lynn) of Latrobe; and her sister-in-law Juanita Mullen of Latrobe. She is also survived by several aunts, uncles, nieces and nephews.
