He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry I. Knox and Marian Knox (Fleck); his wife Margaret A. Brauer; and his brother Harry Robert Knox. He is survived by: his sister Anne Elizabeth Gross (Gerard) of State College; his brother-in-law John Parke Brauer (Mary) of Kensington, MD; his nieces and nephews, Elizabeth Gross (Frank), Jennifer McDonald (Damon), Stephen Gross (Rachel) and Lucas Brauer; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Lillian, Rachel, Lucille, Eoinn and Duncan; and his friends, John and Vikki Kovalcik.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Latrobe Presbyterian Church, 428 Main Street, Latrobe, PA 15650.
