He was predeceased by: his parents, Eugene Hill and Leatrice C. Hill (Pluck). He is survived by: his wife Genet Zewdie of Latrobe; his son Nicholas T. Hill of Falls Church, VA; his stepdaughter Leah M. Hill of Petersburg, VA; his siblings-in-law, Tirhas Zewdie and Tesfaye Dumesso; and his nieces and nephews, Million Tesfaye, Anteneh Tesfaye, Meron Tesfaye, Zelalem Tesfaye and Abel Tesfaye.
