She was predeceased by: her parents, Howard J. Schrack and Beatrice M. Schrack (Haase); and her siblings, George Howard Schrack Sr., Dorothy Ann Shaffer, Kathy Schrack-White, Evelyn Grace Brehun and Howard James Schrack Jr..
She is survived by: her husband Robert W. Neal; her sons, James Joseph Burick (Reny) of Silver Spring, MD, Ronald Scott Burick (Stephanie) of Mesilla and Jeffrey Ryan Burick (Adrienne) of Irwin; her grandchildren, Isabel Burick-Rose of Frederick, MD, Benjamin Burick of Maryland, Lucas Burick of Silver Spring, MD and Natalia Burick-Freudenberg of Sweden; and her son Paul A. Stoffer. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
