He was predeceased by: his parents, Robert Clark and Caryl Clark (Walkington); and his sister Cindy Clark. He is survived by: his wife Amy Keim; his children, Daniel K. Clark (Rachel), Christine Clark (John) and Carolyn Pengelly (Tyler); his grandchildren, Addison and Blake Pengelly; and his siblings, David Clark (Betty), Stephen Clark (Maria) and Kimberly Clark. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.

Visitation was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Hartman-Graziano Funeral Home Inc. (1500 Ligonier St, Latrobe, PA 15650). A funeral service was held on Wednesday, May 21st 2025 from 4:00 PM to 4:30 PM at the Hartman-Graziano Funeral Home Chapel (1500 Ligonier St, Latrobe, PA 15650).
