She is survived by: her children, David L. Short Jr. (Mary) of Blairsville, Michael J. Short (Michelle) of Latrobe, Cindy Heckathorn (John) of Blairsville, Wendy Guerrier (Edward) of Latrobe, Jacqueline Short (Michael Slansky) of Homer City and Stacie Ash (Thomas) of Homer City; her sisters, Debbie Pawlik of Blairsville and Sheila Hughes (Ed) of Derry; and her pet Toby. She is also survived by twelve grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, numerous nieces and nephews.
