He is survived by: his sons, David P. Smith (Melissa) of Latrobe and Todd V. Smith (Jackie) of Georgia; his grandchildren, Nick Smith (Crystal), Michaela McKendrick (Dylan), Samantha Smith, Alexis Nasser (Josh) and Nathan Smith; and his great grandchildren, Lucas, McKinley, Delilah, Phoenix, Dylan Jr., Chelsie, Travis and Brooks. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
Viewing was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 from 9:00 AM to 11:00 AM at the Lopatich-Brinker Funeral Home (601 Weldon St, Latrobe, PA 15650). A funeral service was held on Friday, September 12th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the same location.
