She was predeceased by : her parents, Joseph Rullo and Emma Rullo (Stevens); and her brothers, Eugene and Arthur Rullo. She is survived by : her husband James E. Onega of Latrobe; her daughters, Mary Ann Hoffman (Jim) of Greensboro, NC and Barbara Picard (David) of Yardley, PA; her sister Eleanor E. Rullo of Latrobe; and her grandsons, Josh Hoffman and Nathan Picard. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.

“I appreciated Gloria’s ability to always make me feel welcome when I visited. She was an excellent cook and fun to be around. So many of my family members are gone, now, but I love them all and miss them. I’m sad that Gloria won’t be there when I’m in Latrobe for my next visit.”
