He was predeceased by: his parents, Anthony G. Moffa and Anna Moffa (Termin); his siblings, Toni Ann Bibb and John Moffa; and his half-sister Pamela Harding.
He is survived by: his son Kristofer Moffa; and his siblings, Joseph Moffa (Ruth), James Moffa (Lisa), Jerry Moffa, Maria Gregory (Jeff) and Anthony Moffa, Jr.. He is also survived by nieces and nephews.
