He is survived by: his wife Brenda Shearer (Armstrong) of Latrobe; his daughter Chloe Shearer (Daniel) of Swissvale; his sister Jean Lucas (Matthew) of Washington, PA; his siblings-in-law, Louise Binns (Ron), Carl Armstrong (Linda), Kathy Armstrong, Sandra Ramsey and Rick Armstrong (Ruthie); his nieces and nephews, Joseph Shearer (Lauren), Sean Shearer (Connie), Rebecca Weaver, Nicole Weaver (Shawn), Rhonda Bowles (David), Brian Binns (Kim), Chris McGlumphy (Charlie), Angie Armstrong, Jennifer Armstrong, Austin Ramsey, Matt Armstrong and Ryan Armstrong; his great-nieces and great-nephews, Katie, Brooke, Connor and Matty; his cousins, Cary Joel, Mark Bowser and Joyce Bowser; his close friends, Tad Danley and Kevin Beatty; and his pet Bessie.
