He was predeceased by: his parents, John J. Kozusko and Anna M. Kozusko (Kontros). He is survived by: his wife Janice L. Kozusko (Zink); his children, Jonathan M. Kozusko (Renee) of Pittsburgh and Jennifer A. Kozusko (Julie) of Lewes, DE; his grandchildren, Carter and Reid; his brother Timothy J. Kozusko (Michelle) of Whitney; and his sister-in-law Judy Svidron (John) of Greensburg. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, June 9th 2025 at 11:00 AM at the St. Benedict Catholic Church (260 Bruno Rd, Greensburg, PA 15601).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to Action for Animals, P.O. Box 814, Latrobe, PA 15650.
