He was predeceased by: his parents, John P. Repko Sr. and Catherine Ann Repko (Meloy); and his siblings, Paul J., Richard J. Repko and Mary Ellen Repko.
He is survived by: his siblings, David Repko of Unity Township, Michael C. Repko (Sharon) of Youngstown, Martin K. Repko (Mary) of Derry Township, Andrew W. Repko (Sandra) of Unity Township, Robert Repko (Tracey) of Unity Township and Ann E. Repko of Latrobe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
