He was predeceased by: his parents, John H. Blake and Rhoda B. Blake (McMunn); and his sister Joy E. Falbo. He is survived by: his wife Judy M. Blake (Fisher) of Latrobe; his sons, Stephen Jon Blake (Lauren), Dean Allen Blake (Wendy) and Dana Scot Blake; his grandchildren, Alex, Loren and Aiden Blake; and his pet Jack. He is also survived by many nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
