Grushesky (Walt) of Murrysville and Debra L. Forsha of Latrobe; his grandchildren, Michael McCullough (Nicole), Jody McCullough (Jake), Angela Waltz (Jeremiah), Erica Hajas (Jeff), Barbara Shafran (Jerry) and Lisa Seremet (Ken); his great grandchildren, Logan McCullough, Dax McCullough, McKayla Waltz, Kayden Waltz, Khloe Waltz, Elizabeth Seremet, Sarah Seremet, Jake Shafran and Maxwell Shafran; his siblings, James R. Hajas (Dolores) of Latrobe, Francis A. Hajas (Marianne) of Akron, OH, Kenneth E. Hajas of Latrobe, Terrance L. Hajas (Barbara) of Latrobe, Barbara Sisak of Latrobe, Joan Green of Latrobe, Laverne Smartnick (Frank) of Greensburg and Loretta Maccarelli (Charles) of Mt. Pleasant; and his caregivers, Lois and Laura. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews and cousins.
