He is survived by: his wife Helen M. Slusarcyk (Goldberg) of Latrobe; his children, Marie C. Hauser (David) of Derry and Joseph G. Slusarcyk (Jody) of Derry; his grandchildren, Sergei Slusarcyk, Serena Slusarcyk and Antonio Hauser; and his siblings-in-law, James, Robert Goldberg and Portia Goldberg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
