The passing of Joyce Diane Witherspoon of Latrobe, Pennsylvania leaves a void in the hearts of many, as we bid farewell to a loving soul who departed on October 3, 2025 at the age of 92. You can send your sympathy in the guestbook provided and share it with the family.
She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert J. Mackey and Mary Lenore Mackey (Howard); her former husband Walter E. Forsha Jr.; her husband John Witherspoon; her son Walter E. Forsha III; her siblings, Robert Mackey, David Mackey, William Mackey and Patricia Romero; and her grandparents, Charles R. and Olive E. Beatty.
She is survived by: her children, Faith Mayer, Hope Frye (Wayne), Love Ruffner, Patience Marol, Timothy Forsha (Barb) and Christofor Forsha (Terri). She is also survived by her fifteen grandchildren and twenty-six great grandchildren; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM at the Logos Christian Fellowship Church (1317 Latrobe Derry Rd, Mcchesneytown-Loyalhanna, PA 15661). A funeral service will be held on Tuesday, October 7th 2025 at 12:00 PM at the same location.
