She was predeceased by: her parents, Robert M. Milburn and Sally P. Milburn (Dove); her former husband Irving W. Windsor Jr.; her children, Eugene Windsor and Arlene Windon; and her close friend Buck Courtney.
She is survived by: her children, Michael Windsor (Lorrie) of Latrobe, Darlene Definbaugh of Radiant, VA, Marlene Hutchinson (Danny) of Wheaton, MD, Carol Pratt (Francis) of Latrobe and Joyce Rash of Frederick, MD; and her goddaughter Kellie Todd. She is also survived by 15 grandchildren; numerous great-grandchildren and great-great-grandchildren.
