With sadness, we share the passing of Larry J. Cope of Latrobe, Pennsylvania. Larry, born on July 5, 1945, passed away on September 1, 2026. Leave a sympathy message to the family on the memorial page of Larry J. Cope to pay them a last tribute.
He was predeceased by: his parents, James Cope and Eleanor Cope (Steffy); and his son-in-law Kevin Bures. He is survived by: his wife Mary Ann Cope (Burik) of Latrobe; his daughters, Jessica L. Bures (Ken Padula) of Latrobe and Jennifer J. Latshaw (Kevin) of Derry; his grandchildren, Mackenzie Morris (Liam), Kiley Latshaw, Marissa Bures and Logan Latshaw; and his siblings, Robert Cope (Carolyn) of Madison and Carol McLaughlin (Bill) of Greensburg. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
A reception was held on Friday, September 4th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the Lopatich-Brinker Funeral Home (601 Weldon St, Latrobe, PA 15650).
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that memorial contributions be made to the Parkinson's Foundation, 5757 Waterford District Drive, Ste 310, Miami, FL 33126.
