He was predeceased by: his parents, Jesse A. Ruffner and Mildred Jane Ruffner (Bibby). He is survived by: his wife Margaret E. "Margie" Ruffner (Bonifazi) of Latrobe; his daughters, Beverly A. Ruffner (Marc Wegman) of Fredericksburg and Amy L. Redish (Jason) of Latrobe; his grandchildren, Myranda Valdez-Perez (Bryan), Travis Kibe (Emmly), AJ Herdman and Sami Kibe (Chase); his great grandchildren, Kayden and Hazel; and his brothers, Dale Ruffner (Vicki) of Virginia, Jeffrey Ruffner (Kathy) of Latrobe and Brian Ruffner (Jennifer) of Latrobe. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, extended family members, and many lifelong friends.
