She is survived by: her children, Tawnie Stahl (Rob), Marty Varsafsky (Jamie), Susan Ross and Dade Varsafsky; her son-in-law Bob Zelenak; her grandchildren, Krysta Cornelison (Dave), Jessica Howard (John), Bobby Zelenak, Luke Zelenak (Lori), Angela Thomas (Adam), Abigale Ross, Dade D. Varsafsky, Alec Varsafsky, Nate Hazlett (Jessica) and Garett Hazlett (Maryssa); her great grandchildren, John Michael Krajc, Nash Cornelison, Ivan, Levon Howard, Rylee Lou, Logan Thomas, Quitin, Nolan Hazlett, Graham and Isla Hazlett; her brother Peter Evangeliste; and her sister-in-law Brenda Evangeliste.
Prior to her retirement, Lucille was employed for over 33 years for the Jeannette District Memorial Hospital, and the Hospital's Foundation.
