She was predeceased by: her parents, John O. Sleasman and Mary Jane Sleasman (Crowe); her sister Vicki Kuhns (Sleasman); her grandparents, Frank and Jane Crowe; and her pet Tank.
She is survived by: her children, Bobbi Jo Harr (Justin) of Latrobe, Krystal A. Sleasman of New Florence, Mandy J. Hernandez (Rafael) of Latrobe, Joshua D. Onusko (Nicole) of Mt. Pleasant, Isabelle Guiste and Adalynn of Latrobe; and her brother John W. Sleasman (Cindy) of Ligonier. She is also survived by several grandchildren, great-grandchildren, nieces, and nephews.
