She was predeceased by: her parents, Stanley Kerr and Martha Kerr (Wassam); her husband Charles M. Donahey; her daughter Sharon Woitkowiak; her grandson Christopher M. Velkey; and her siblings, Lois Stiver, Inez Baker and James Kerr.
She is survived by: her children, Richard S. Donahey (Kathy) of Latrobe and Carol Velkey of Bradenville; her brother Jack Kerr of Ohio; her grandchildren, Jeremy Velkey (Katy), Thomas C. Woitkowiak and Richard M. Donahey; her granddaughter-in-law Daneyl Velkey; her great grandchildren, T. J. Woitkowiak, Bryenna Velkey (Caleb Chismar), Payten Woitkowiak, Cole Velkey and Xander Velkey; and her great great grandchildren, Easten and Greysen. She is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
