She is survived by: her sons, Brian Patz (Micheline) and Wayne Patz, Jr. (late Cyndi); her grandchildren, Ian and Isabella Patz; her siblings, Rose Haines (Marion) and Thomas Holmes (Sylvia); and her uncle Robert Werner (Linda). She is also survived by 6 nieces and nephews.
