He was predeceased by: his parents, Ilko Relick and Anna Relick (Byczkowiak); his wife Joan Relick (Heasley); his siblings, Nicholas, John, Alex, Joseph, Steve Relick, Rose Maurer, Kathryn Felbaum, Anna Williams and Maria Marcinik (Agnes); and his son-in-law Richard J. Shirley Jr..
He is survived by: his children, Michael J. Relick (Barbara), Alex J. Relick, Steve T. Relick (Alison), Debbie Unferdorfer (Charles), Mary C. Shirley and Michell Relick Nuttall (Richard). He is also survived by eleven grandchildren, 16 great grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.
