We bid farewell to Mildred Jane Ruffner of Latrobe, Pennsylvania, whose journey of life gracefully concluded on August 16, 2025 at the age of 96. Mildred Jane touched countless lives with warmth and kindness, leaving behind cherished memories that will forever echo in hearts. She was predeceased by: her parents, George Bibby and Edith Bibby (Ohler); her husband Jesse A. Ruffner; and her siblings, Harry Bibby, Ethel Romansky and Edith Carl.
She is survived by: her sons, Larry (Margie) of Latrobe, Dale (Vicki) of Virginia, Jeffrey (Kathy) of Latrobe and Brian (Jennifer) of Latrobe; and her sister Evelyn Colopy of Tennessee. She is also survived by nine grandchildren, nine great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren, and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, the family suggests that contributions in memory of Mid Ruffner be made to St. Bartholomew Church, P.O. Box A, Crabtree, PA 15624.
