He was predeceased by: his parents, John Gefrovich and Mary E. Gefrovich (Onega); his wife Barbara A. Gefrovich (Monchak); and his siblings, John N. Gefrovich and Martha Yourish.
He is survived by: his children, Paul M. Gefrovich of Latrobe, David M. Gefrovich (Kandi) of Latrobe, Daniel T. Gefrovich of Latrobe and Maryann Schneider (David) of Greensburg; his granddaughter Hannah Schneider; his sister Eleanor Resslar of New Alexandria; and his caregivers, Maria, Sonya and Amber. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
