He is survived by: his wife Connie Bierhals Puglin; his siblings, Debbie Taylor (Michael) of North Carolina, Donna Kean (Chris) of Hartstown, PA and Jimmy Puglin of Las Vegas, NV; his stepbrother Charlie Puglin (Barb) of Elizabeth, PA; and his in-laws, Joe Bierhals (Joyce) of Scottdale and Mike Bierhals (Jen) of Youngwood. He is also survived by several aunts uncles and nieces and nephews.
