He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry T. Harr and Thelma Harr (Gibson); his daughter-in-law Carmella Harr; and his siblings-in-law, Daniel and Mary Delores "Larry" Bonrisco.

He is survived by: his wife Jean Harr (Bonrisco) of Latrobe; his daughter Roni D. Angus (Joe) of Latrobe; his grandchildren, Nicole, Jessica and Brian Harr; and his sisters-in-law, Valerie Martin of Texas and Shirley Bonrisco of Huntingdon, PA. He is also survived by several nieces and nephews.
