He was predeceased by: his parents, Clifford S. Kinsey and Margaret E. Kinsey (Bills); his wife Mary Ann Kinsey (Smith); and his siblings, Wesley Kinsey and Marilyn Washington.
He is survived by: his children, Lynn Hunter (Ronald), Lori Sobien (Charles), Ronald Kinsey (Jon) and Christine Johnston (Jesse); his grandchildren, Cole, Dillon, Dalton, Evan, Luke, Weston, Wyatt and Logan; and his brother Dale Kinsey.
