He was predeceased by: his parents, William P. Kuchta and Barbara Kuchta (Popernack); and his siblings, Charles E., Kennth P. Kuchta and Norma Stile.
He is survived by: his sister-in-law Nancy Kuchta of Latrobe. He is also survived by several nieces, nephews, and cousins.
