She was predeceased by: her parents, Willis W. Nicholas Jr. and Patricia A. O'Rourke (Callahan); her husband David H. Fagan; and her brother Craig "Stoney" O'Rourke. She is survived by: her daughter Erin Smithley (Scott) of Pittsburgh; and her siblings, Bill Nicholas (Diane) of Paris, KY, Robert Nicholas (Debbie) of Port Charlotte, FL, David O'Rourke (Tina) of Duluth, GA and Mary Shannon (Dan) of Medina, OH..

A funeral service will be held on Saturday, October 24th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the St. Vincent Cemetery (300 Fraser Purchase Rd, Latrobe, PA 15650).
