She was predeceased by: her parents, Frank Miedel and Lydia G. Miedel (Musnug); her husband Carl C. Tantlinger; her siblings, Paul H. Miedel, Frank F. Miedel, Joseph E. Miedel and Marie Baum Bollinger; and her daughter Geneva Miedel.
She is survived by: her sister-in-law Bernice Miedel of Latrobe. She is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
A rosary was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 at 1:30 PM at the Lopatich-Brinker Funeral Home (601 Weldon St, Latrobe, PA 15650). Viewing was held on Tuesday, September 15th 2026 from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM and from 6:00 PM to 8:00 PM at the same location. A funeral Mass was held on Wednesday, September 16th 2026 at 10:00 AM at the Sacred Heart Church (421 Main St, Latrobe, PA 15696).
