He was predeceased by: his father Patrick Mahady; Beverly Rudeen. He is survived by: his sons, Luke Mahady and Henry Mahady; his mother Sharon Cassidy; and his brother Matt Mahady.
Visitation was held on Sunday, November 9th 2025 from 4:00 PM to 7:00 PM at the Lopatich-Brinker Funeral Home (601 Weldon St, Latrobe, PA 15650). A funeral Mass was held on Monday, November 10th 2025 at 10:30 AM at the Holy Family Church (1200 Ligonier St, Latrobe, PA 15650).
