She is survived by: her husband Samuel Mraz of Latrobe; her children, Carolyn Mraz of Brooklyn, NY and David Mraz (Alexis) of Philadelphia; her grandchildren, Maxwell and Hazel Mraz; her brother Bernard Churley of Squirrel Hill; and her sister-in-law Jacquelyn Cavanaugh of Greensburg.
