He was predeceased by: his parents, Henry J. Rodgers Sr. and Mary E. Rodgers (Rosko); his brother Henry J. Rodgers Jr.; his parents-in-law, Andrew G. and Betty J. Vechter; and his brother-in-law Timothy D. Vechter.
He is survived by: his wife Lynn C. Rodgers (Vechter); his children, Matthew Rodgers (Erin) and Nicole McClain (Scott); his grandchildren, Maura, Ian and Gavin; and his siblings-in-law, Reenie Rodgers, Leslie, Ken Fennell, Kim Schmidt, Curtis Vechter and Andrew Vechter. He is also survived by numerous nieces, nephews, and cousins.
Viewing will be held on Sunday, October 5th 2025 from 12:00 PM to 4:00 PM at the Lopatich-Brinker Funeral Home (601 Weldon St, Latrobe, PA 15650). The military honors will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 9:15 AM at the same location. A funeral Mass will be held on Monday, October 6th 2025 at 10:00 AM at the St. John the Evangelist Church (306 St Johns Dr, Latrobe, PA 15650).
