He was predeceased by: his parents, Harry A. Brinker Sr. and Mary E. Palmer Brinker (Mull); and his half-siblings, Mildred Frenchick, John M. Sr., Harry A. Jr., William T., George M., Edward J., Charles F., James and Robert Brinker.
He is survived by: his wife Helen J. Brinker (Nindle) of Latrobe; his son Vincent E. Brinker Jr. (Kathleen) of Latrobe; his grandchildren, Jason J. Brinker (Hannah) of Unity Township and Katie L. Smeltzer (Andrew) of Unity Township; his great grandchildren, Abigail Mae Smeltzer and Charlotte Rose Brinker; and his siblings-in-law, Margaret Emery of Greensburg, Charles Nindle of Latrobe, Rita and Walter Medwid of Latrobe. He is also survived by numerous nieces and nephews.
