He was predeceased by: his parents, Leonard DeLong Sr. and Myrtle DeLong (Fox); his daughter Donna Oswald; his grandson William "Billy" DeLong; and his siblings, Leonard Delong Jr. and Dorothy St (DeLong).
He is survived by: his children, Robert DeLong of Wernersville and Brenda (Karl Leiby) of Hamburg; his grandchildren, Samantha Shoemaker (Taj Goodman), Carl Oswald (Jen) and Erika Germann; his great grandchildren, Trisha Toth, Jonathan Shoemaker, Alex Shoemaker, Autumn DiScala, Ryan DeLong, Kari Lesher and Micah Thomas; and his great great grandchild Lucas Shoemaker.
